SGASS (R)OSÉ is the latest wine to arrive in the family, produced with Tai Rosso grapes harvested slightly earlier in September. The contact with the skins is very short (about 10 hours) and this gives the wine an extremely attractive pink colour.
The refermentation takes place with the same method as SGASS, i.e. with the addition of must from the previous harvest.

Tai Rosso is a native grape variety in the Colli Berici but is now becoming increasingly uncommon to find in the area, despite its ability to authentically express the uniqueness of the limestone soil of the Colli Berici. It is an elegant grape that makes up for what it doesn’t have in colour with a fine, spicy character and delicate tannins. It is harvested between the middle and the end of September. Vineyard planted in 2013.
The spices and red fruit characters are easily noticeable; the delicate acidity and the light pearlage make it appealing as an aperitif with friends or family.
